Grounding Strike will launch my target airbourne slightly, ensuring they're in range for Rising Falcon on the way down. Heaven's Wrath is a flurry of kicks and slashes that advance forward toward the target, 8 or 9 hits in total, Moonlight Cyclone behaves similarly. For example, my T1 -> T2 -> T3 -> T4 path is Heaven's Wrath -> Moonlight Cyclone -> Grounding Strike -> Rising Falcon.
